Job
Responsibilities:

§ Assist in developing new client relationship by
ESG training, ESG event, ESG workshop, conference call and face-to-face
discussion.

§ Conduct ESG related consulting projects,
including but not limited to ESG strategy, ESG management system, ESG rating
and performance improvement (including but not limited to Ecovadis, HSI, S&P
CSA, FTSE, MSCI), ESG due diligence, climate change, carbon analysis and reduction,
ESG report preparation and review, ESG related training, and etc.;

§ Conduct ESDD and ESIA related working within
China and overseas.

§ Developing new services on ESG other than
existing consulting work;

§ Maintenance on client relationship by conference
call, phone chat, propaganda article writing, public webinar, and etc.;

§ Maintenance on relationship with different teams
from oversea WSP offices and subcontractors;

§ Good knowledge of key international/national/regional
GHG/ESG standard and requirement, such as GRI, SASB, ISSB, CDP, GRESB, TNFD,
LEED and etc.;

§ Good knowledge of ESDD and ESIA related
standards, such as IFC principals and Equator Principles;

§ Act as a visible role model of WSP's culture,
demonstrating values and behaviors consistent with the Code of Conduct and Core
Values;

§ Ensure actions and behaviors are aligned to WSP
Policies at all times.

Qualifications:

§ Bachelor degree or above in environmental
science, environment engineering, or other related majors;

§ At least 3 years of ESG related project
experience;

§ Experience in multinational consulting firm is
preferred;

§ Familiar with international/national/local
regulations and professional guidelines;

§ Detail oriented with emphasis on quality of work;

§ Excellent work ethic with strong organization and
time management skills;

§ Strong inter-personal, verbal communication and
technical writing skills are essential;

§ Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a
team environment;

§ Fluent in English and Mandarin;

§ Flexibility to work extra hours if required; and

§ Frequent travel is required.
