Responsibilities

岗位职责描述：

· Support at daily Energy and MEP Design work, e.g. development of energy concepts or room climate concepts,MEP schematic design & drawing

· 协助日常的能源和MEP的设计工作，例如发展能源概念或者室内气候概念，机电方案设计和绘图

· Support on green building projects, e.g., LEED, DGNB, WELL certification, Life-Cycle-Assessment

· 为绿色建筑项目提供帮助，例如，LEED，DGNB，WELL认证，生命周期评估

· Support on energy auditing and optimization project

· 协助能源审计和能耗优化项目

· If necessary, be involved part-time on construction sites

· 如必要时，可参与施工现场工作

· Communication with German and Chinese project partners

· 与德国和中国的项目伙伴进行沟通

· Participation in marketing and business development activities

· 参与市场和业务发展活动

Requirements

任职要求：

· Bachelor / Master study in MEP engineering/ energy/ built environment technology, or similar majors

· 本科/硕士学位，机电工程/能源/建筑环境技术，或相关专业

· Focus or interest in Sustainability / Energy Efficiency / MEP Design

· 对可持续/能源效益/MEP设计感兴趣

· Good EDP (Electronic Data Processing) skills, such as AutoCAD, MS office. Knowledge in Revit, Rhino, IES, etc. would be beneficial

· 良好的电子数据处理能力，比如AutoCAD，MS office。具有Revit、Rhino、IES等方面的知识更佳

· Fluent in Chinese and English (written and oral) is required, German language knowledge would be beneficial

· 流利的中英文（书写和口语），会德语者更佳

The internship should have a duration of min. 3 months, better 6 months.

实习时间最少要3个月起，6个月最佳。每周4-5天。
